 Our Charter Catamarans

We have 2 outstanding sailing catamarans available for skippered charter out of Kefalonia, Greece.

Both yachts were completed in 2003 in Durban, South Africa. The yachts were then sailed from South Africa to Greece (one of them by one of our skippers) as soon as they were completed and out-fitted out for such a voyage. (approx 9000NM) Although slightly different, both offer excellent accommodation for six guests in three double cabins. The double cabins are outfitted with queen size beds, no "Pointy Beds"

With generous buoyancy up forward, high bridge-decks and large trampolines, these charter yachts are quick and extremely dry in all but the very worst weather.

Both yachts sport an impressive equipment level, including:
• Gas stove
• On-deck gas bbq (called a 'braai' in South Africa)
• Hot and cold running water
• Two heads
• Two showers and an outside shower
• GPS Chartplotter
• Dinghy
• VHF radio
• CD player
• Fridge and separate freezer

The yachts are based in Agia Efimia, Kefalonia. This really is an outstanding little town with an impressive array of facilities including ATM, fresh water on the quay, numerous tavernas and coffee shops, on-land accomadation and 3 'supermarkets'. These supermarkets are nothing like one would expect, unless you have been to Greece before, but are rather more like 'superettes'. A wide variety of supplies and provisions are available however. The meat from the local butcher is outstanding to say the least.

Basic provisioning can be done prior to your arrival by arrangment with your skipper. Occasionally we have the opertunity to go to a mainland town (such as Prevaza), where certain bulk stores can be obtained. For APPROX. Prices, please talk to one of the skippers a few weeks before your arrival.

Pink Panter is a 35' Charter Cats creation.

Jungle Cat is a 38' Maxim Yachts creation.
