1. PRICES
1.1 Unless otherwise clearly stated, all prices quoted are in GBP (Pounds Sterling)
1.2 An early payment discount of 10% applies to ALL quoted prices unless otherwise stated. Payment BEFORE 60 days before the start of your week(s) qualifies as early payment for the 10%.
1.3 Payment in full needs to be made BEFORE arriving at the yacht.

2. BOOKINGS
2.1 A booking will be held firm for a period of 7 (seven) days pending payment of a 25% deposit.
2.2 The deposit CONFIRMS the booking.
2.3 50% of the deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled BEFORE 30 (thirty) days prior to the day of embarkation.
2.4 If payment has been received in full a 95% refund of the amount paid will be paid if cancellation notice is received prior to 30 (thirty) days before embarkation. 50% refund if cancellation is received prior to 14 (fourteen) days before embarkation.
2.5 Refunds typically take about 10 (ten) working days to be effected.

3. CLEANING
3.1 This is a charter yacht, and guests are expected to help keep the yacht in a clean and livable condition.
3.2 At the end of the charter, if the yacht is not in pristine condition, a 'clean up' levy will be charged in the order of €50.

4. WHAT IS INCLUDED
4.1 Skipper

4.2 On-board insurance. EXCLUDING personal items (eg. Cameras, clothing etc.).

4.3 Use of on-board equipment, including gas for stove and bbq, GPS, cd-player, dinghy with outboard. The skipper's personal items are not for general use.

4.4 Diesel, up to 3 hours per day.  Thereafter the charge is £2 per hour. per engine.

4.5 Reasonable water usage. Please note: fresh water is NOT available at all ports.

4.6 Harbor dues. This excludes any MARINA fees. There are very few Marinas in Greece, most ports are just ports.

4.7 Yacht-related paper-work costs.

5. OUR PRICES EXCLUDE
5.1 Flights / ferry to and from the island
5.2 Transfers to / from the air / ferry port
5.3 Food
5.4 Drinks 

6. YACHT INSURANCE
6.1 Both of our yachts are fully insured - as per Greek law - against collision, fire, marine risks, third party damage and against any and all loss or damage. The charterer shall therefore be relieved of any and all liability which is covered by this said policy, provided that such loss or damage is not caused by any act of negligence or willful default on behalf of the charterer. Yacht insurance EXCLUDES personal belongings and / or items.

6.2 Lexix (Ltd), Catsforcharter , any of the employees and any assistantants can not / will not be held liable for any injury to any person, nor to the loss or damage of any personal property of the charterer or other persons on board.
