I have been fotunate enough to have stayed on both Cats,in June 2004 and September of the same year....then another visit and cruise in June 2005.
Every single moment on each boat was truly memorable, it's hard to choose a favourite moment, but i'll try.......
My first time under sail...... on Jungle Cat, racing to Fiskardo in high winds, doing 10 knots, sitting on the seat right on the bow.... amazing! Lunch at the quayside, or in a deserted bay.....you get to choose.Swimming, snorkelling, dining, sunbathing.....your captain will make sure you get to do just what you like.
Sunset.....at sea, off Ithaca. A most special night. Stars.....MILLIONS of them. Pure peace, good fun, total relaxation, some good wine... and Red Vodka....hearing the fish at night,and the haunting call of the "hooty birds" - owls , I think.The swallows using the boats rigging to rest, chattering to you.
I had never sailed before,and was unsure about life on a boat, but I have been converted..... 
If you want to join in with the sailing,you can, and you can learn lots; you choose. It is simply the BEST holiday experience ever, and i feel privilaged to be able to call Jonathan a friend too. So will you, when you've been sailing with him...Good company,good food,good wine,beautiful unspoilt scenery,the warm hospitable nature of the Islanders,all the ingredients for a perfect holiday.Don't just think about booking a trip......DO IT!!! ENJOY!!!! I promise, you will never regret it.You may not ever want to go home.
